Tai Chi

 

Tai Chi classes are taking a winter break.  Watch for news in the spring on when classes will resume.

 

Tai Chi provides a well-rounded, effective workout that's enjoyable.  This is NOT a traditional martial arts class;  you won't have to bow, and regular clothes and shoes are fine.  Tai Chi is a combination of ancient ideas and movements and western exercise principles for a balanced class that is appropriate for almost everyone.  If you would like more information, contact Gary or Jody Pence, 402-580-1986.  Information about the Tai Chi instructor/school can be found here.
